As a young girl helping out behind the counter of her family’s retail store, Kathryn Newhouse came to love customer service. From the simple smile of helping someone find just the right jacket, to being trusted to wrap and deliver a special gift, she took pride in offering service a step above.

Entering the Professional World

Kathryn’s passion for work led to a decade of positions in finance, operations management, and public relations. Upon returning to her native Wisconsin, Kathryn realized her entrepreneurial ambitions and earned a B.S. in Business Administration, while recognizing the value in doing what she loves—providing exceptional service to exceptional people.

A Natural Entrepreneur

Combining natural business savvy and an entrepreneurial drive, Kathryn saw the need for a professional cleaning company offering a high level of service that clients felt great about trusting with their home’s care. She took her degree to the next level by launching Kathryn’s Professional Cleaning Service. After 16 successful years of being trusted to care for people’s homes, she has raised her offerings by launching Concierge Madison, offering exceptional services to clients with exacting standards

Volunteering in the Community

Kathryn has served the community by participating in the United Way Loaned Executive Program.  In 2010, Kathryn created a program collecting donated bread from several area businesses to benefit Porchlight's daily food program.  Additionally, she is a volunteer in the Porchlight Angel program. 

Kathryn is a member of International Concierge Lifestyle Network.
