“I always thought Concierge Service was for hotels.  I didn't realize it's also an affordable service I can use in my home, or while I'm away from home,  or help preparing for a special event.”

Think of me as a personal assistant.  I come into your life to make things easier – whether I work inside your home, outside your home, or provide help just at your special event. 

 

“I have a special event is coming up and I need help preparing for the event, hosting the event, as well as clean-up afterwards.  Can you help me?"

Yes, of course ~ I would be happy to help you prepare for your event and be there with you until the event is complete.  

“Does Concierge Madison offer gift certificates?"

Yes, we do!  We have many blocks of time to choose from.  Please visit our services page to pick out your gift certificates!  Guaranteed to be unique, and it's the gift that keeps on giving! 

“What if I just need one hour of your time – can I schedule that with you?”

Yes, of course.  Many times customers just need help with an errand.  As always, call ahead and schedule your time so I can meet your expectations.

 

“I see you offer to do laundry in the home.  What does that all entail”

I will wash, dry, fold, hang, match socks, and even put the laundry away, but do not remake beds.          

 

“Tell me, what is a typical day like for you when you're helping a customer?”

Just like you, I like to maximize my time and accomplish as many to-do's as possible. 

For example:   While the laundry is washing, I'll plant your pots or urns with seasonal foliage.  

                        While I'm waiting for home repair to complete their job, I can organize an area.

                        Errands outside the home are planned to maximize time.

           

“If I'm out of town for an extended period of time, will you check on my home?”

I will be happy to check on your home – inside and outside.  In addition, I will make notes of my findings and e-mail them to you, if you wish. 

 

“Do you charge by the task, or by the hour?”

My services are by the hour which makes it much easier for both of us.

 

“I'd like to buy a package of hours.  If I don't use all the hours, can I use them in the future?”

Yes, they will carry forward for one (1) month. Packages are paid in advance, so a timely use of your paid hours is important.  However, most people never run out of a to-do's list!

 

“My business or home is out-of-state, but I need someone in Madison to help me with a project there.  Can you help me?”

Yes, I can help you!  Please call Concierge Madison and tell me what you need completed.

 

“I live out-of-state, but my parents live in the Madison surrounding area.  They could use your services.  Can I purchase a block of time for them as a gift?”

Yes, we have several packages to choose from.  You pay for the package up front, and then your parents call when they need my help.  All used hours are documented for you, and your parents.
